We produce plastic parts such as mono-color inner lens, bezel, housing, reflector and multi-color rear stop lamp lenses which we will use in final product assembly by forming granular raw materials together with plastic injection machine and mold. All our injection machines, mono-color and multi-color, work with robot.
Plastic parts such as housing and reflector with optical light source and bezel providing aesthetic visuality are metallized with micron-thick aluminum in full or partial coating on special machines under high vacuum together with one-piece process flow after plastic injection.
We are making varnish coating with 6 axes robots with sprey method in clean room process facilities to headlamp lenses front surface in order to increase scratch/UV resistance, headlamp/rear lamp lenses innner surfaces to avoid condens occurance.
We make assambly all the sub-parts our inhouse productin and supplied from our suppliers in our pre-assembly and main assembly liness. We apply 100% functional test with test equipments (Leakage, photometry, bulb lighting) and visual inspection to our products before send to the customers.
