Farba has integrated the world-wide recognized PMI® (Project Management Institute) methodology into the project management process in accordance with the corporate's culture and IATF 16949 and VDA 6 standards applicable to the Automotive Quality Approach Management System.
Farba adapted its target as meeting the requirements of the customer-relations in the best manner through the customer-focused project management approach in compliance with the standards and offering project specific commercial and technical improvements to its customer-relations as the solution partner specialized in the field.
The project teams of Farba are constituted of multifunctioned persons having competence in the related field, as well as electronic production and process development experience.
