2 nd meeting of Toyota TEAM (Toyota European Association of Manufacturers) activity was held in Farba on 23-24 October. Toyota Europe TEAM executives also attended to the meeting as observers. During the shopfloor activity 560A RCL Low v. M&I diagram studied by atendees within 3 groups. Findings & Lead time result shared with our Plant manager Mr. Ali Yaşar Topçu via presentation. Meeting finalized with TBP report presentations & dinner.
