November is selected as "Quality Month" in TMMT. Within this activity TMMT & Farba planned a joint activity to improve supplier quality level. We did this activity together with TMMT assembly shop leaders & quality management. We planned the activity as "Standardized work level-up" & "Abnormality management level-up" (TL-Role level-up). We visited TMMT assembly plant & observed their shopfloor management tools. We implemented same tolls to our model line: Headlamp assembly. Afterwards we also planned to widespread the activity to all serial production projects & 290B project as well. Which will get to ramp-up stage by December.
