This week we did the Jishuken (Kaizen activity basen on Toyota Production System Fundamentals) activity in our CH-R rear lamp assembly lines. Our lines are ready for capacity increase without investment. We realized the activity by participation of production engineers & line leaders which led their personal improvement as well.
